University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital needed a vehicle that had efficient and effective cargo management and durability for their mobile car seat quality inspection stations. Our challenge was to deliver a cargo management and organization system that they could use for the tools and supplies needed for their car seat inspection stations used at various events.
To deliver a cargo management system that met the Hospital’s needs, we first installed two shelves on each side to store and hold the tables and chairs that they would bring to events. Next, we installed a storage box with lid and ventilation to store the sand bags used by Rainbow Babies’ staff to secure the pop up tent at the station. It was crucial for the box to have holes for ventilation, as the sand bags oftentimes get wet at these events in the case of rain.
The final touches to the vehicle included Rhino Linings installation to the floor and shelves for ultimate durability, style and scratch resistance.
