Parts Delay Notice (Progressive)

Due to the current pandemic, obtaining the parts needed to repair your vehicle may be delayed, causing longer repair times than normal. Prior to the pandemic, parts procurement averaged 3-4 days, and unfortunately, now averages 27-30 days. Although the situation continues to evolve, D&S Automotive remains fully committed to completing your repair in a timely manner while still upholding the utmost of quality and customer service.

Due to the part procurement delays we face, your repair may exceed the original estimated repair completion time. And in some cases, may exceed your allotted rental policy. With that said, we are not responsible for the cost of additional rental days past your policy maximum. We understand the inconvenience in time and cost this may cause however, we want to inform you of the situation up front.

If additional rental costs do occur, we recommend that you reach out to your insurance agent and/or the manufacturer for your options regarding this matter.

We will continue to explore all avenues available to us to avoid parts delays and ensure your vehicle is returned as quickly as possible. While not all claims are effected, we want to make sure you are aware the current situation the industry is facing. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
