Express Drop-Off is as easy as it sounds. First, call to schedule a drop-off appointment. Then, when you bring your car in, we’ll have your paperwork and a rental vehicle waiting for you. Just sign a few papers and off you go.

Jason Vargo is the manager of our Chardon Collision Center. Jason leads the Chardon team with veteran estimating experience and a passion for the industry. While he understands that no one wants to find themselves needing our services, he is happy to help however he can by providing service or advice.

The Mechanics/repairmen behind the scenes did a fantastic job on my wheel well, bumper, and brake light damage. Like new!! Jessica Strauss is who I did all communications with, and she did a wonderful job keeping me up to date and answering any/all questions I had. This is my second time going through D&S (Chardon, OH). If I ever need repairs again, I won't hesitate to return.

I chose this shop for my repairs after I was rear ended. I would give 6 stars if I could to reflect the quality of both their work and their service. For example, due to the parts shortage, the work took around a month and a half to complete. I received regular communications throughout about when they expected the parts to be in and then where my car was in the process. I was always aware of an approx. date when I’d have my car back. In addition they coordinated with the insurance company and also the rental car company, making those additional processes very easy. And the work they did….AMAZING. When I got my car back, it was like new both inside and out. Thank you Jason, Jessica, and the entire D&S staff!

I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light, causing substantial damage to my bumper, several panels, dislodging the trunk and even pushing in part of the trunk frame. D&S was recommended to me, and I decided to drive over 30 minutes away to meet with Jason Vargo, manager of the Chardon location. He immediately made me feel at ease about the situation and provided helpful advice to pursue the claim with the at-fault insurance company. After I got a claim number from insurance, they literally took care of everything including arranging a rental car from Enterprise and working directly with the insurance company. Along the way, I received weekly updates on the progress, and they were always available for a quick call with any questions. The work is flawless, I'm thrilled with the repair. You can't tell anything happened. First class operation all around. Hopefully I don't encounter this situation again, but if I do, or need any type of repair work in the future D&S will be my only call.
